With over 20 years of experience across global advertising powerhouses such as Ogilvy and Mccann Worldgroup, Iris has worked with Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups, blending strategic acumen with a deep commitment to societal and planetary well-being.
Born in Brazil and now based in New York City, Iris brings a multicultural perspective and a passion for empowering others. Her journey is guided by a unique philosophy: combining ancestral wisdom with innovative frameworks to help individuals and organizations rediscover their authentic essence and align purpose with action.
As a mother of two and a champion for equity, sustainability, and ethical leadership, Iris believes in the transformative power of conscious choices. Through Netra CRB, she leads with intention, fostering alignment, resilience, and impactful change for clients around the globe.
